Rrs41 Terms & Conditions – Clear Rules for Everyone

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "rrs41" refers to the sports betting and online casino platform operated under the domain rrs41.best, including all its services, features, and content.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who creates an account and uses rrs41's services.
• "Account" refers to the individual profile created by the player upon completing the registration and verification process.
• "Balance" refers to the BRL funds available in the player's account for betting and gaming.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted by rrs41 subject to specific rollover requirements and expiration terms.
• "Rollover" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by rrs41 to authorize withdrawals and protect against fraud.

To create an account at rrs41 and use its services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Tue 18 years of age or older. rrs41 does not accept underage players under any circumstances. Accounts created with false age information will be closed and balances retained.
• Be resident in Brazil with a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal.

• Own full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Each player may have only one active account at rrs41. Creating multiple accounts — including through different email addresses, documents, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and the retention of any suspicious balances.

Rrs41 is required by law and its internal security policies to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification may be requested at any time and includes:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the Pix key or bank account used for the withdrawal;

• Each bonus has an expiration date from the grant date. Unused bonuses that expire within the set period are automatically cancelled with no possibility of reactivation.
• The rollover (wagering requirement) must be met in full before any withdrawal of winnings generated with the bonus. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bets that are cancelled, result in a draw, have odds below 1.50, or are hedged (opposing bets placed to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome) generally do not count toward the rollover.

• Abusive, offensive, or threatening behavior toward the support team;
• Applicable judicial or regulatory order.

The player may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time via support chat. Available real-money balances will be returned via Pix after a compliance review. Bonus balances are not returned in the event of voluntary closure or closure due to a terms violation.
